Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
•Eligible for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania
•Previous leadership experience is welcomed but not essential
•Interest or experience in exotic animal medicine is highly desirable
•Excellent communication and mentoring skills
•Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and developing clinical teams
