The Role
- Provide emergency and urgent care triage, stabilization, and treatment for small animals
- Utilize on-site imaging and laboratory diagnostics to drive timely medical decisions
- Manage hospitalized cases, develop treatment plans, and collaborate on surgical and procedural care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during high-stress situations
- Partner with credentialed technicians and support staff; participate in rounds and case reviews
- Contribute to protocol improvements, quality standards, and a positive team culture
- Participate in a shared schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
- Eligible for and able to maintain an active license to practice in Utah
- Eligible to work in the United States
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in emergency or urgent care preferred; new graduates with strong interest in ER encouraged to apply
- Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and client communication skills
