This is a unique opportunity to be part of an employee-led organization with shareholder potential, working alongside board-certified specialists in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, and Surgery in a state-of-the-art facility.


What You'll Do

• Provide emergency and critical care services in a high-volume setting (100,000+ cases annually)
• Collaborate with specialty departments in a fully equipped hospital
• Utilize advanced technology and streamlined medical software for efficient, high-quality care
• Be part of a tight-knit team focused on exceptional patient outcomes and collegial teamwork


Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130K$220K + 2225% production
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with a valid Pennsylvania veterinary license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency experience preferred
• Candidates with 1+ year of ER experience may be considered with a 1-year structured mentorship program
• Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to compassionate patient care
