We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our client's highly established, full-service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas.

$120,000 - $175,000 Base Salary + 20% ProSal (No Negative Accrual)

You'll be joining an experienced four-doctor team with a loyal and growing client base, providing a strong foundation for professional success.

This position offers the opportunity to work a 4-day full-time schedule within hospital hours, delivering both general practice and occasional urgent care services in a supportive, well-equipped environment.

Full-time role worked over 4 days within hospital hours:

  • Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (shared on a rotational basis)

  • Digital and dental radiography
  • In-house diagnostic laboratory

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients.
  • Manage a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
  • Contribute positively to a supportive and team-driven environment.

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time, four-day work week within hospital hours.
  • Saturday shifts are shared on a rotational basis.
  • No after-hours or on-call requirements.
  • This structure provides an excellent worklife balance, with evenings and most weekends free.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • 20% ProSal compensation system (no negative accrual).
  • $100,000 Joining Bonus.
  • 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays.

  • Candidate Requirements
  • DVM or equivalent degree, licensed (or eligible) in Texas.
