The Role
- Lead the clinical direction of the hospital while maintaining a primary focus on patient care.
- Establish, refine, and uphold medical standards and best practices.
- Mentor and develop associate veterinarians through case collaboration and coaching.
- Partner with the practice manager on workflow, scheduling, and operational initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in medical quality, client experience, and hospital performance.
- Serve as the hospital’s designated veterinarian for regulatory compliance.
- Enjoy a varied caseload spanning wellness, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and same-day urgent cases; orthopedic opportunities available based on interest and experience.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) and eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- 3–5 years of small-animal clinical experience preferred
- Previous leadership and/or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
