The Role
- Serve as the clinical leader while spending the majority of the week seeing patients and performing procedures
- Set and uphold medical standards, protocols and best practices
- Mentor and develop veterinarians through case collaboration and coaching
- Foster a positive, team-first culture where every role is supported and valued
- Partner with the practice manager on workflow, scheduling, operations and strategic initiatives
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding veterinarians as the team grows
- Drive continuous improvement in patient care, client experience and hospital performance
- Act as the Responsible Veterinarian and maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in New Hampshire
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of small-animal clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership and/or mentorship experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, client education and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to collaborative, high-quality, ethics-driven medicine
