This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian looking to step into a leadership position while maintaining a clinical caseload, with a four-day work week, no on-call, strong technician support, and genuine autonomy over the medical direction of the hospital.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $190,000
Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus

The Role
As Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership while continuing to maintain a hands-on caseload.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a clinical caseload across general practice
Providing wellness, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery
Upholding high clinical standards and medical protocols
Supporting the continued development of the hospital's medical offering
Reviewing medical records and ensuring appropriate clinical standards
Overseeing controlled substance protocols and regulatory compliance
Mentoring and coaching Veterinarians and support staff
Supporting DVM recruitment and participating in candidate interviews
Working with hospital leadership on budgeting, inventory, and equipment requirements
