The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop associate veterinarians to deliver consistent, high-quality, patient- and client-centered care
- Conduct regular hospital visits and quality reviews; uphold regulatory and medical standards
- Partner with practice leadership to optimize workflow, client experience, and hospital performance
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new veterinarians; build a supportive, learning-focused culture
- Manage medical equipment needs, maintenance, and calibration in coordination with leadership
- Support doctor engagement and retention efforts; cultivate a positive, accountable team environment
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including wellness exams, vaccinations, routine soft-tissue surgery, dental procedures, and interpretation of in-house diagnostics
- Full-time position; weekend or evening shifts may be required to meet client needs

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Indiana veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration eligibility
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills; commitment to quality and team development
