This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian looking to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You'll play a key role in mentoring fellow veterinarians, maintaining exceptional medical standards and helping shape the future direction of a well-established hospital, while continuing to practice high-quality medicine.
The Practice

You'll work alongside experienced veterinarians, licensed veterinary technicians and a dedicated support team committed to delivering exceptional client service and patient care.
The hospital offers:

As Medical Director you will:
•Lead and mentor the veterinary team •Support clinical excellence and medical standards •Help recruit, develop and retain veterinary talent •Collaborate with the hospital leadership team •Encourage continuing education and professional development •Maintain a positive, collaborative culture while continuing to see appointments and perform surgery.
Candidate Requirements
•DVM or equivalent qualification •Michigan veterinary license (or eligibility) •Several years of small animal clinical experience •Leadership or mentoring experience preferred •Excellent communication and team-building skills •Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional medicine
