The Role – Medical Director
This leadership position blends medical excellence with team guidance. You will:

Compensation
- Salary range: $175,000 – $200,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek, negotiable depending on experience and credentials)
- Eligibility for additional variable compensation programs

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the state of New York
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience strongly preferred
- Leadership experience or strong interest in stepping into a leadership role
