The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care including wellness and sick visits, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Perform dentistry and a range of soft-tissue surgical procedures with skilled RVT support
- Utilize on-site diagnostics, digital imaging, and therapy laser as appropriate
- Manage anesthesia and pain protocols with modern monitoring in a well-equipped surgical suite
- See occasional urgent or same-day cases to meet client needs
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about recommendations and aftercare
- Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain high medical standards and an excellent client experience

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry preferred; mentorship available for recent graduates
