The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care across wellness, sick visits, and urgent same-day cases as needed
- Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics, including laboratory testing, radiography, and ultrasound
- Conduct routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, including dental imaging, with a focus on pain management and patient safety
- Develop thorough medical plans, manage hospitalized cases, and ensure continuity of care through discharge and follow-up
- Communicate clearly with clients, set expectations, and provide education to support long-term pet health
- Collaborate closely with registered technicians and support teams to deliver efficient, team-based care
- Contribute to medical standards, case reviews, and a culture of learning and mentorship

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; proficiency in routine surgery and dentistry preferred
