The practice operates on a predictable daytime schedule with a limited Saturday rotation.

The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care, including wellness, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, and management of hospitalized patients
- Use in-clinic diagnostics (laboratory testing, radiography, video otoscopy) to guide evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform anesthesia, surgical procedures, and dental care with support from experienced technicians
- Educate clients, communicate clearly, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold quality and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with boarding, daycare, grooming, and training teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in a daytime schedule with a shared Saturday rotation

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- USDA accreditation a plus
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and commitment to client service
- Authorization to work in the United States
