The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal primary care, including wellness, preventive medicine, and client education
- Perform dentistry, soft-tissue procedures, and orthopedic surgeries appropriate to experience and interest
- See pocket pets and small exotics (training and mentorship available)
- Manage same-day urgent cases during business hours, including triage, stabilization, and ongoing care
- Utilize on-site digital imaging and in-house lab to guide diagnostics and treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with RVT(s) and support staff; contribute to protocol development and a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
- Comfort with general surgery and dentistry; interest in exotics welcomed
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply; mentorship available
