The Role
- Deliver high-quality care across wellness, preventive medicine, dentistry, general surgery, diagnostics, urgent care, dermatology, and laser therapy.
- Practice Fear-Free, low-stress handling and guide clients through clear treatment plans and options.
- Collaborate with licensed/credentialed technicians and assistants to leverage skills across appointments, procedures, and client education.
- Interpret diagnostics, formulate comprehensive medical plans, and maintain thorough medical records.
- Participate in case discussions, mentorship activities, and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture with strong communication and leadership.

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
