The Role
- Full-time Associate Veterinarian position within a structured mentorship program tailored to new graduates
- Mixed-animal caseload: dogs, cats, exotics, equine, and livestock
- Deliver preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery
- Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound, and lab tests
- Participate in urgent care during business hours, supported by experienced teammates
- Opportunities to develop skills in areas of interest, including equine and large-animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry
- Client communication and education to build long-term relationships
- Flexible scheduling options available, including three-day and four-day workweeks and rotating patterns
- Collaborate with a dedicated on-site mentor and supportive clinical team focused on your professional development

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for Wyoming veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong interest in mixed-animal practice and continued learning through mentorship
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Valid driver’s license for occasional ambulatory farm visits
