The Role
- Perform comprehensive patient exams, diagnostics, and medical work-ups across a full GP caseload
- Conduct routine and soft-tissue surgery and dental procedures, as appropriate to experience
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding preventive care, diagnostics, treatment plans, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and support pharmacy duties, including appropriate controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with the hospital manager, technicians, and support staff to uphold efficient workflows and high standards of care
- Participate in case rounds when scheduled and contribute to continuous improvement of hospital protocols and client service
- Support a positive, team-first environment and help mentor support staff as needed

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Arkansas veterinary license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills in general practice; surgical and dental experience preferred
- Excellent client communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including handling and lifting patients as needed
