The Role
- Provide high-quality small-animal general practice care, with an emphasis on prevention and client education.
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, routine soft-tissue surgery, spay/neuter, and dental procedures with dental radiography.
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and digital imaging to guide treatment plans.
- Deliver safe anesthesia, pain management, and compassionate nursing care.
- Communicate clearly with pet owners, build long-term client relationships, and maintain thorough medical records.
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and support staff; help mentor and develop team members.
- Contribute to efficient clinic operations, including drop-off cases and a predictable daytime schedule with weekend rotation.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and hospital protocols.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- License to practice (or eligibility for licensure) in Arkansas
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to preventive care
- Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
