The Role
- Perform comprehensive exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
- Communicate clearly with clients to build trust and guide decision-making
- Conduct routine soft-tissue surgery and dental procedures
- Utilize in-house lab, imaging, and pharmacy to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow controlled substance protocols

- Contribute to protocol refinement and participate in rounds when scheduled

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice (or eligibility to obtain) in Massachusetts
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry; 1+ years of practice experience preferred
