The Role
- Provide comprehensive small animal care across wellness, urgent care, surgery, and dentistry
- Perform examinations, formulate diagnostics and treatment plans, and deliver clear, compassionate client communication
- Utilize digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab diagnostics, dental suite, and therapeutic laser to support timely decision-making
- Perform anesthetic and surgical procedures and dental care as appropriate for a general practice
- Collaborate closely with a skilled technical team; contribute to protocols, quality improvement, and a positive learning culture
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in shared Saturday coverage with flexible weekday scheduling

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Florida veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain promptly
- Eligibility to work in the United States
