The Hospital

The practice is intentionally staffed before reopening and supported by experienced technicians and dedicated client service representatives, ensuring efficient, collaborative patient care. The clinic features in-house diagnostics, an on-site laboratory, digital radiography, a dental suite, and a general surgical suite, with boarding and grooming facilities to support the client experience and a varied caseload. A walk-in care model keeps the day dynamic and balanced across wellness, dentistry, and routine surgical needs. The Role
- Deliver high-quality small-animal general practice care across wellness, preventive medicine, dentistry, elective soft tissue surgery, and routine urgent needs
- Perform thorough exams, diagnose and create treatment plans, and interpret in-house lab results and radiographs
- Conduct dental procedures and general surgeries with appropriate anesthesia and pain management protocols
- Provide clear client communication and education to build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technicians and CSRs in a walk-in care model; contribute to protocols and processes during the relaunch
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best-practice standards of care

Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach
