Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for a Veterinarian to join an established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced four-doctor team with a loyal client base, strong clinical support and an interesting mix of medical and surgical cases. With advanced diagnostics, orthopedic capabilities and opportunities to develop individual clinical interests, the position offers plenty of scope for continued professional growth.

About the Practice

This established companion animal hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical care within a collaborative, well-supported environment.
You'll join a four-doctor veterinary team supported by experienced veterinary technicians, client care professionals and administrative staff, helping doctors focus their time on patient care and clinical decision-making.

The hospital offers a broad range of services, including:
•Wellness and preventative medicine
•Internal medicine
•Sick-patient and urgent care

•Dental radiography
•Soft tissue surgery
•Orthopedic procedures
•Diagnostic ultrasound
•Digital radiography
•Cardiology services

The hospital's diagnostic and surgical resources provide veterinarians with the tools needed to investigate cases thoroughly and deliver a high standard of care.

Doctors have access to digital radiography, diagnostic ultrasound, dental X-ray and fully equipped surgical suites, alongside laser therapy and additional treatment modalities.

The practice's exposure to orthopedics, cardiology and acupuncture also creates opportunities for veterinarians interested in developing skills beyond traditional general practice medicine.

As an AAHA-accredited hospital, the practice maintains established standards across areas including patient care, diagnostics, anesthesia, surgery, pain management and hospital operations.

The Opportunity

This position would particularly suit a veterinarian who values clinical autonomy, collaboration and the freedom to develop their own professional interests.

You'll manage a varied companion animal caseload covering preventative medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care and surgery while working closely with an experienced clinical support team.
The established client base and strong case volume provide opportunities to develop long-term relationships with pet owners while also encountering enough clinical variety to keep the role interesting.

For veterinarians with particular interests in surgery, orthopedics, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, cardiology or integrative medicine, the hospital's existing services provide additional opportunities to develop those areas.

The working environment is collaborative and laid-back, with experienced colleagues available for case discussion while allowing doctors the independence to make appropriate clinical decisions for their patients.
