- Consistent schedule with a limited weekend rotation; after-hours emergencies referred to local ER partners to protect work-life balance

The Role
- Provide high-quality preventive, medical, and surgical care for dogs and cats
- Perform dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgeries with support from experienced technicians
- Utilize on-site diagnostics (in-house lab, digital radiography, ultrasound) to guide timely treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients, collaborate closely with colleagues, and contribute to protocol development and case continuity
- Participate in a limited Saturday rotation; Sunday closed; after-hours emergencies referred externally

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first approach
- Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry; mentorship available for developing skills
