We are seeking an experienced or internship-trained Emergency Veterinarian to join a modern, independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Frisco, Texas.

This is a high-quality opportunity to join a 6+ doctor ER and specialty team delivering advanced, evidence-based medicine in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing emergency and critical care cases in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Working alongside specialists in surgery, internal medicine, and critical care
• Providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment with strong technical support
• Participating in a team-driven, mentorship-focused culture

Schedule Options

• Overnight: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Swing: 2:00 PM 2:00 AM
• Full-time rota with structured scheduling and advance planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: up to $160,000 (DOE)
• Monthly production bonuses (22%+, no negative accrual)
