Role Summary

A well-established veterinary practice in Lillington, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care and would value working within a supportive, professional hospital environment. The hospital is equipped with advanced tools including ultrasound and digital radiography, supporting the team in delivering comprehensive medical care across a varied small animal caseload.

You'll work alongside veterinary colleagues and support staff within a practice that values teamwork, compassionate care, and consistently high clinical standards.

Key Duties

The successful veterinarian will provide comprehensive care to small animal patients, with responsibilities including:

• Delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care.
• Performing examinations and developing individualised treatment plans according to each patient's clinical needs.
• Advising pet owners on preventative healthcare, wellness programmes, and ongoing patient management.
• Collaborating with veterinary colleagues and support staff to maintain effective day-to-day hospital operations.
• Building lasting client relationships through clear communication, empathy, and a patient-centred approach.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package including:
• Salary up to $145,000, together with performance-based production bonuses.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• A North Carolina veterinary licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Successful completion of the NAVLE.
• Authorisation to work in the United States.
