The Role
- Provide high-quality small-animal care across wellness, diagnostics, and preventative medicine
- Perform dentistry and a range of surgical procedures, primarily soft-tissue; participate in some orthopedic cases as skills and interest allow
- Manage same-day urgent cases during business hours, including triage and stabilization
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and imaging to drive timely, effective treatment plans
- Partner closely with experienced technicians and client service staff to ensure exceptional client communication and continuity of care
- Contribute to medical protocols, case reviews, and a positive, team-centered culture

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Eligible for and able to obtain a Texas veterinary license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Comfort with routine surgery and urgent case management
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
