The Role
- Full-time Associate Veterinarian, small-animal focus
- Provide wellness and preventive care, dentistry, general surgery, and diagnostics
- Manage same-day urgent cases during business hours, including triage and stabilization
- Practice with clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with a supportive medical team
- Utilize in-house lab, digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, and modern surgical/dental equipment
- Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and education
- Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture and efficient workflows
- Maintain accurate medical records and support continuity of care, including oversight for pets in the on-site boarding program

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Confident in small-animal general medicine and surgery; comfortable handling urgent-care cases during business hours
- Strong communication and client-education skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
