Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for a Veterinarian to join a well-established, family-run mixed animal hospital in Conway, Arkansas.

This position offers an excellent combination of clinical variety, work-life balance and hands-on mentorship. You'll join two experienced veterinarians with expertise in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery and advanced pain management, while benefiting from a schedule where just 30 hours per week qualifies as full-time.

About the Practice

This established mixed animal hospital has built a loyal local client base and provides care across a diverse caseload of small animals, large animals and occasional wildlife cases. Veterinarians who would prefer to focus primarily on small animal medicine can also be accommodated.

The practice provides a broad range of veterinary care, with opportunities including:
•Small animal general practice
•Large animal medicine
•Occasional wildlife cases
•Wellness and preventative medicine
•Internal medicine
•Diagnostic workups
•Soft tissue surgery
•Orthopedic surgery
•Advanced pain management
•Routine surgical procedures

•Client education and preventative healthcare

You'll work alongside two experienced veterinarians and a strong technician team, creating an environment where cases can be discussed collaboratively and newer doctors can develop their skills with experienced clinical support available.

The Opportunity

The position offers:

Typical hospital hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the full-time schedule generally worked across four weekdays.

Compensation & Benefits
•Base salary $90,000$130,000 depending on experience
•$30,000 sign-on bonus
