The Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll provide a broad range of medical and surgical services to companion animals, working closely with an experienced and supportive clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough consultations and providing high-quality preventative, medical, and surgical care to companion animal patients.
• Performing routine and more advanced surgical procedures, together with dentistry.
• Undertaking diagnostic investigations and interpreting results to develop appropriate treatment and management plans.
• Managing cases from initial presentation through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing follow-up.
• Providing preventative healthcare advice and helping clients make informed decisions regarding the long-term health and wellbeing of their pets.
• Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication, empathy, and a consistently high standard of patient care.
• Working collaboratively with Veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and support staff to ensure an efficient and positive hospital experience for patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Contributing to a team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, collaboration, clinical discussion, and continuous professional development.
• Maintaining high clinical and professional standards while contributing positively to the ongoing success of the practice.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and clinically motivated veterinarian who is committed to providing excellent patient and client care.

You'll ideally have:
• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary qualification.
• A current Florida veterinary licence, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida.
• Successful completion of the NAVLE.
• Authorisation to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage cases confidently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding client care.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary veterinary team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of veterinary medicine and continuing to develop professionally.
