The hospital is committed to practising exceptional medicine, giving their Doctors excellent clinical autonomy while maintaining a manageable caseload that allows veterinarians to deliver the highest standard of patient care without compromising work-life balance. You'll be joining a friendly, experienced, and collaborative team of Veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) who are passionate about supporting one another and creating a positive working environment.

Key Duties

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will become an integral part of a compassionate and dedicated clinical team, providing exceptional care to patients while building lasting relationships with
clients.

Responsibilities include:

•Diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions in companion animals.
•Delivering outstanding preventative and wellness care, ensuring the highest standards of patient welfare.
•Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners, providing guidance on treatment options and long-term healthcare plans.
•Performing a wide range of medical, surgical, and dental procedures to a high clinical standard.
•Working collaboratively with veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and support staff to maintain an efficient, supportive, and positive practice environment.
•Contributing to the continued growth and success of a well-established hospital committed to clinical excellence.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
•Active Florida veterinary licence, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
•Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE).
•Authorisation to work in the United States.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
