The Role

You'll manage a varied companion animal caseload, providing medical, surgical, and preventative care while enjoying the support of an experienced clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering high-quality medical care for small animal patients
* Performing routine and intermediate soft tissue surgical procedures
* Carrying out dental treatments and oral surgery where appropriate
* Developing treatment plans and managing cases independently
* Building strong relationships with clients through clear and compassionate communication
* Working closely with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff to achieve excellent patient outcomes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* A DVM (or equivalent) with eligibility for veterinary registration in Alberta
* Approximately 25 years of experience in small animal practice
* Confidence performing routine and intermediate soft tissue surgeries
* Strong dentistry skills and experience with dental procedures
* Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
* A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
