Global Talent Partners is working with a well-established, independantly owned, small animal practice in Airdrie, Alberta, that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative clinical team.

This opportunity is best suited to a veterinarian with solid general practice experience who is confident in both medical case management and routine to intermediate soft tissue surgery. The role offers the chance to work within a busy, well-supported clinic where clinicians are trusted to work independently while still having strong team support when needed.

About the Practice

The Role

* Provide full small animal general practice veterinary care
* Independently perform routine and intermediate soft tissue surgery
* Manage dental procedures and dental surgery cases
* Deliver clear, compassionate client communication
* Work closely with a supportive veterinary and RVT team
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment

Requirements

* DVM degree with eligibility for licensure in Alberta
* 2 to 5 years' experience in small animal general practice preferred
* Strong surgical and dental capability
* Confident clinical decision-making and case management skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
* Team-oriented and professional approach
