The Role
- Full-time small-animal Veterinarian providing preventive care, wellness visits, and client education
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions; develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Perform routine soft-tissue and dental surgeries
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging and in-house lab tests
- Oversee dental procedures, including use of dental radiography
- Collaborate closely with technicians and assistants; maintain strong client communication and thorough medical records
- Support orthopedic evaluations and appropriate referrals
- Contribute to a positive, learning-focused culture and mentor teammates as needed

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent)
- Active Massachusetts veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility for DEA registration
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to preventive care; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
