The Role
- Full-time veterinarian in a small-animal general practice setting
- Deliver preventive care, perform comprehensive exams, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform general surgery and dentistry with support from skilled technicians
- Utilize on-site diagnostics (digital X-rays, dental X-rays, in-house lab) to guide same-day decision-making
- Provide clear client communication and education to build lasting relationships

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Virginia veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to preventive care
