The Role
- Full-time associate veterinarian focused on high-quality, preventive-driven small-animal care
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, dental procedures (with dental radiographs), and general soft-tissue surgery (including spay/neuter)
- Utilize in-house lab testing and imaging to diagnose and manage cases; develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients to foster trust, education, and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technicians and assistants; support a positive team culture and contribute to workflow efficiency
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and manage drop-off cases as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient safety and quality standards

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to preventive medicine and client service
