The Role
- Part-time small-animal position focused on high-quality preventive and general practice medicine
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, nutrition and parasite control counseling
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions; create and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct routine general surgery and dental procedures, with appropriate anesthesia and patient safety protocols
- Utilize digital radiography, dental imaging, and in-house lab testing to support timely clinical decisions
- Provide clear, compassionate client communication and education; support wellness plan engagement
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver efficient, team-based care
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold practice standards
- Predictable daytime schedule; clinic operates six days per week

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong interest in preventive medicine, dentistry, and client education
- Comfortable in a busy, retail-based clinic environment; collaborative team mindset
- Experience with wellness plans is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply
