The Role
- Deliver high-quality primary and preventive care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and client education
- Perform and manage routine soft-tissue procedures; support safe anesthesia, pain management, and recovery
- Provide dental care, including exams, dental charting, and collaboration on dental X-rays and cleanings
- Utilize digital X-ray and on-site lab testing to guide timely treatment decisions
- Oversee patient care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner with technicians, assistants, and client-service coordinators to maintain efficient patient flow and excellent client experience
- Contribute to a positive, learning-focused culture; mentor and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Current Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to preventive care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail-clinic environment with a collaborative team
