The Hospital
This is a busy, well-used community practice set within a convenient retail location in the North Tampa/Tampa Palms area. The team operates in clean, modern client areas with multiple exam rooms and a supportive structure of veterinarians, technicians, and client service professionals. Clinical services include preventive care and wellness, vaccinations, dental procedures, microchipping, routine soft-tissue surgery, in-house diagnostics, and pet x-rays, supported by:
- Digital x-ray
- Dental equipment
- In-house laboratory/diagnostics
- A dedicated surgical suite

The Role
- Full-time Veterinarian in a general practice setting focused on high-quality preventive and primary care
- Perform exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
- Provide dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery within a well-equipped surgical suite
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and imaging to guide timely clinical decisions
- Deliver clear, compassionate client communication and education
- Maintain meticulous medical records and uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Partner with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, team-based care
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and ongoing quality improvement
- Daytime weekday schedule with shorter weekend shifts

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) as required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and client-service skills
- Commitment to preventive care and high standards of medicine
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply
