The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice focused on preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
- Perform spay/neuter and routine soft-tissue surgery; provide dentistry supported by dental X-ray
- Utilize on-site digital radiography and in-house lab for timely diagnostics and case management
- Provide microchipping and compassionate end-of-life care
- Prescribe and manage treatments supported by an on-site pharmacy
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships and deliver clear, empathetic communication
- Collaborate with a seasoned support team to maintain efficient, high-quality workflows
- Contribute to a positive culture, mentoring and supporting team members as needed
- Participate in a schedule that includes early weekday starts and weekend coverage
- Maintain thorough medical records and uphold safety and quality standards

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Washington, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative approach
- Comfort performing general surgery and dentistry, with willingness to work some weekends
