Global Talent Partners is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Elmira, New York.

This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to join an experienced, supportive team where high-quality patient care, modern medicine and professional development are genuinely valued.

You'll become part of a collaborative clinical team consisting of 3 full-time DVMs, 2 Credentialed Veterinary Technicians and 2 Veterinary Assistants, giving you access to a strong level of support while allowing you to develop your own clinical interests and build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

The Practice

The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats, with a strong focus on preventative medicine, diagnostics, dentistry and delivering individualized care to every patient.
The practice is equipped with a range of modern diagnostic and therapeutic technology, including:

•Dedicated dental suite
•Dental radiography
•Digital radiography
•Diagnostic ultrasound
•ECG
•Cold/therapeutic laser
•Hands-free radiology
•Electronic medical records

Having access to this level of equipment means you'll be able to perform thorough diagnostic workups and provide a high standard of care without relying exclusively on external facilities.

The team operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am6:00pm, providing a consistent daytime schedule with no requirement for overnight or weekend shifts, making this an attractive option for veterinarians who place a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Your Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll manage a varied caseload of canine and feline patients, with opportunities to develop your interests across preventative care, internal medicine, dentistry, diagnostics and general practice.
You'll work alongside experienced veterinarians and a capable support team in an environment that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and continued professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive $125,000$145,000 annual salary, dependent on experience, skills and qualifications.

The position is also eligible for a signing bonus.

Requirements
•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
•Current NY veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
•Commitment to practicing high-quality, ethical veterinary medicine
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Passion for patient care and client service
•A collaborative and team-oriented approach
