The Role
- Provide comprehensive small-animal care across wellness, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and same-day urgent cases during business hours
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry; interpret in-house lab results and digital imaging
- Utilize anesthesia monitoring and patient-safety protocols for high-quality outcomes
- Partner with skilled technicians and support staff to deliver efficient, client-centered care
- Communicate clearly with pet owners, creating lasting client relationships through education and follow-up
- Contribute to clinical standards, case reviews, and continuous improvement
- Schedule includes weekdays with shared weekend coverage to support urgent-care access

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong medical, surgical, and dentistry skills; urgent-care experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach
