The Hospital

- AAHA-accredited standards and a supportive, low-stress handling approach to patient care
- Modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, on-site pharmacy, routine surgical suite, and therapeutic laser
- Diverse caseload featuring dogs, cats, and select exotic pets, from routine wellness to more involved medical cases
- Skilled, dedicated support team that enables doctors to focus on medicine and client communication
- Positive, growth-oriented culture with mentorship for new graduates and ongoing development for experienced veterinarians
- Consistent hours and predictable workflow: open Monday to Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm; full-time doctors typically work four days per week with rotating Saturdays

The Role
- Provide comprehensive primary care for dogs, cats, and select exotics, from routine wellness to more complex medical cases
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans using digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory testing
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgeries and manage perioperative care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to support informed decision-making
- Practice low-stress handling techniques to promote patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate closely with a capable technician team and fellow doctors
- Full-time schedule: four days per week with rotating Saturdays

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Commitment to high clinical standards, ethical practice, and collaborative teamwork
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians welcome
