The Role
- Lead daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and outstanding client service.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and schedule staff; foster a positive, accountable, growth-minded culture.
- Own key financial drivers: budgeting, P&L oversight, billing accuracy, expense control, and accounts receivable.
- Elevate the client experience through service standards, timely communication, and proactive review management.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, and standardized operating procedures.
- Drive marketing and community engagement, including social media, promotions, and local events.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, workplace safety standards, medical record accuracy, and privacy.
- Champion technology adoption; train the team on practice software and coordinate with IT support.
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and medical leadership to align operations with clinical goals.
- Full-time position; occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on patient and client needs.

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Arizona license to practice (or ability to obtain promptly) if a professional license is applicable to the candidate’s background; commitment to maintaining all required credentials and permits for practice operations.
- 3 to 5 years of management experience, ideally in veterinary or healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated strength in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
