What You'll Receive
Competitive base salary of $150,000$175,000 (DOE)
20% production bonus with no negative accrual

You'll be supported operationally while maintaining the independence to practice medicine the way you believe it should be practised.

About You

We're looking for a veterinarian who is:

A DVM (or equivalent) eligible for Tennessee veterinary licensure
Ideally has 2+ years of clinical experience
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
Motivated by leadership, growth, and ownership
Entrepreneurial, driven, and excited by the opportunity to build something of their own
