A well-established multi-doctor small animal hospital in Portland, Michigan is seeking a Veterinarian to join its supportive and collaborative clinical team. The hospital operates as a multi-DVM practice with a strong emphasis on collaboration, continuity of care, and shared clinical decision-making. The caseload is a balanced mix of wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, supported by modern in-house equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory diagnostics to support efficient and accurate case management.

The working environment is structured to support both clinical quality and sustainable day-to-day flow. Veterinarians are supported by an experienced nursing and technician team, providing an approximate 45:1 support structure depending on caseload and shift demands. The culture is friendly, communicative, and focused on delivering consistent care while encouraging ongoing professional development.

What They're Looking For

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited university
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Michigan
• Comfortable with small animal general practice including routine surgery and medical cases
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Collaborative mindset with interest in team-based care
