Job Summary

Join a well-established and highly regarded small animal practice in Manchester, Tennessee. This busy, community-focused hospital has built a strong reputation for compassionate care, quality medicine, and long-standing client relationships. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive veterinary team in a modern, fully equipped facility offering both general practice and urgent care services for small animals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals
• See a combination of GP and urgent care appointments
• Build strong relationships with clients and patients
• Work collaboratively with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture focused on excellent patient care
• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000$145,000 depending on experience
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Production bonus opportunities with no negative accrual

Schedule

• Balanced full-time schedule with no weekend requirements
• Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
• Full-time benefits available for veterinarians working 30+ hours per week
