We're thrilled to be recruiting for a full-time Veterinarian to join a thriving small animal clinic with a loyal and growing client base. This opportunity offers complete professional autonomy, a supportive team of skilled veterinary technicians, and the chance to work just four midweek days per week (Monday-Friday).

The Role Highlights:

Midweek-Only Schedule: 4 days between Monday-Friday, hours 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Established patient base with 30-minute appointment blocks
Weekly surgical opportunities, with room to expand based on your interests
High-end equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house labs, surgical suite
Some exotic pet cases for those with an interest (optional)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Production bonus: 21%, with no negative accrual
CE support: $1,500 CE allowance + additional CE PTO
