The Role

Lead the clinical direction of the hospital as Medical Director
Maintain and promote the highest standards of veterinary medicine
Mentor and support veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture
Deliver exceptional medical and surgical care for canine and feline patients
Manage a varied caseload including wellness, medical, surgical, and urgent care appointments
Work closely with operations, HR, marketing, and leadership teams to support hospital success
Champion patient safety, clinical best practice, and excellent client communication
Full-time leadership position with a consistent schedule
