This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician looking to combine hands-on veterinary medicine with genuine leadership responsibilities, helping shape clinical standards, mentor doctors and support the future growth of the hospital.
About the Practice
You'll join an established three-doctor veterinary team providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to a loyal local client base.
The hospital is AAHA accredited and provides a broad range of services including:
•Wellness and preventative medicine •In-house diagnostics •Emergency and critical care during hospital hours •Surgery •Dentistry •Senior pet care •Nutritional counseling •Vaccinations and parasite prevention •Microchipping •Medical case management
The existing veterinary team has varied interests, including surgery, feline gastrointestinal disease, feline behavior and exotic animal medicine.
The hospital operates Monday through Friday and is closed at weekends, offering an attractive schedule for a leadership role.
The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll remain hands-on while leading clinical standards, mentoring the team and working with hospital management on operations and growth.
This role would suit a veterinarian who enjoys supporting others and wants to influence hospital culture while staying active in practice.
