Global Talent Partners is working with a well-established independent companion animal practice in West Kelowna, BC, that is looking to add another Small Animal Veterinarian to its team.

Your Role

You'll see a diverse companion animal caseload and have the opportunity to take ownership of your cases while working closely with the wider veterinary team.

Depending on your interests and experience, the role can include a combination of consultations, preventative healthcare, medicine, surgery and dentistry.

Key aspects of the position include:

* Providing high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
* Performing routine procedures and more advanced surgery where appropriate to your experience
* Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients
* Explaining diagnoses and treatment options clearly and compassionately
* Working collaboratively with veterinarians, RVTs and support staff
* Contributing to a consistently high standard of patient and client care

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a veterinarian who is confident working with a varied small animal caseload and values both clinical quality and client relationships.

You'll need:

• A DVM or equivalent qualification with eligibility for registration in British Columbia
• Confidence managing routine and more complex small animal cases
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• A compassionate and client-focused approach
• A genuine interest in delivering high-quality veterinary medicine
• A team-oriented attitude

Experience in surgery and/or dentistry would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
